Hiring rules
- No OffRoad / No Beach Driving / No Extended Gravel Roads/ No Smoking inside.
- CLEANING Please return the van in clean condition. Return requiring extensive cleaning will incur a charge.
- UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage
- LONG TRIPS Hirers are welcome to take the van up to 200 km's a day. This will be averaged out over the duration of hire Example: 7 days hire 7 x 200km Allowance: 1400km for hire permitted in the rate, additional kms will be charged at 30c per km and deducted on completion of the hire.
- NZ Road User Charges $9.00 per 100km payable on completion of the hire.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
