***IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS FOR OFF GRID TRAVEL***
The van handles 2 days off grid, based on normal use. Limited power is supplied by a 12v battery. It will not power high voltage devices like medical equipment (eg. CPAP machine), microwave, reverse cycle air conditioner, hair dryer etc. so if you need more power, please bring your own power bank or battery. Alternatively, you can hire our generator.

Hiring rules
- Please avoid parking the van near campfires $200.00 cleaning surcharge
- **IMPORTANT** Returns after 7pm incur an extra day's rental charge
- Outback (eg. Alice Springs) driving $300.00 surcharge
- No offroad or beach driving ($600.00 surcharge)
- No smoking or drugs inside ($650.00 surcharge)
- No pets ($350.00 surcharge)
- Festivals might be allowed please ask (unauthorised festival surcharge $650.00)
- Don’t have time to clean the van (incl. toilet cassette)? We can do it for you. (fee $200.00)
- Need to pick up early or return late? We are flexible, however a $100.00 fee applies.
- 150km free per day. Additional kilometres charged at 50c per kilometre
- We provide a full tank of DIESEL. If you can't return it full, we will fill it for you for a fee of $50.00 + $2.50/litre
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Chip 5.0Daniel and Megans van was ideal for our road trip to Bathurst for the Supercars races followed by golf at Yarrawonga. The van was easy to drive and had lots of storage. The bed is very comfortable. The fridge kept everything fresh while at an unpowered site for four days! We would highly recommend this van for anyone planning a campervan road trip.
