Special towing information
Elec Brakes Controller will be supplied. The brake controller automatically calibrates and activates the trailer brakes based on your driving for a seamless towing experience. Use the wireless in-car remote to monitor and adjust settings while on the move. The remote must be places in the front of the vehicle and easily accessible by the drive at all time - this is a legal requirement.

Additional information
Due to the weight of the caravan, if you don't have the right vechicle, don't worry, we are more than happy to tow it to your camp site and set it up within 100km of our area (fee charged). - There is a 2 x 120L litre water tanks plus a 80L grey water tank - 300W solar panels (on roof) with 300Ah battery setup. - Full outdoor kitchen under the awning, 4 burner gas stove and inbuilt sink with hot and cold taps. Camping table, chairs, cutlery, plates and cups, lights and the basic kitchen supplies included. - The camper includes a KING size bed with mattress protector and BUNK BEDS. - There is plenty of storage for all your clothing and luggage. - There are 12v LED strip lighting for the awning. - The toolbox has all tools you'll need. - The caravan is insured with Australian wide 24/7 NRMA roadside assistance included in your hire. CARAVAN MUST COME BACK CLEAN AND TIDY WITHOUT DAMAGE OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED.

- NOTE#1: ALL DRIVERS MUST BE OVER 25 YEARS OF AGE
- NOTE #2: An Electric brake controller is supplied by us for FREE.
- NOTE #3: Pets allowed but not on any beds
- NOTE #4: Linen is NOT supplied.
- NOTE #5: The van has everything and more to get off the grid for a few days Solar Panel and battery to run all your 12v appliances.
- NOTE #6: It is the responsibility of the Hirer to ensure the trailers lighting is operating properly and that the vehicle plug is fitted correctly.
- NOTE #7: Please contact us if your require certain Pick Up / Drop Off times.
- NOTE #8: We can deliver the caravan for you with 100km of our area (fees charged)
- NOTE #9: NO BEACH CAMPING AND DO NOT TOW THROUGH RIVERS/CREEKS/WATER

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

We were over the moon with how equiped the van was from factory but also all the extra bits that Kathryn has put in utensils, pots, pans, oils, detergents, leads, lamps and so on. Everything you would usually forget could be found in the van. The hand over and support if we needed was exceptional. Highly recommend!
