Hiring rules
- No smoking inside or within 10 metres of an open door or window of Caravan
- Toilet canister must be emptied and cleaned
- We expect van to be returned in the same clean condition it is hired out including all utensils and equipment , extra cleaning fees will apply
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Gabrielle 5.0This is a fantastic van for a family holiday. We fit 5 of us with ease. The layout of the van is great. Beds super comfy and it has everything you need. The owner was excellent to deal with. Would definitely hire Moana again!
Belynda 5.0Great caravan very roomy, loved the annexe. The caravan kitchen was equipped with everything you need which is great. Would definitely recommend hiring and would hire again myself.
