Hiring rules

House Rules for the caravan (Hiring Rules):
absolutely no smoking inside the van
deposit to be paid within 48 hrs of booking approval
return the van in the same clean state it was given (cleaning items provided, $200.00 fees apply if exceedingly dirty)
return the van with an empty toilet cassette ($350.00 fee applies if returned full)
Awning/Annex MUST be put away if you are leaving the van unattended or if very windy conditions arise
Caravan MUST be locked if left unattended
Any damage or accidents must be reported ASAP via text msg with a photo
Free Camping/Off grid must be approved prior to booking begins. Any damage to batteries as a result of unauthorised free camping will be logged as damage

Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Pricing

Hire Fee: From $160.00 per day
Service fee: $100.00
Delivery fee: $5.00 per km

Cancellations

Strict

Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
