Hiring rules
- Exact location information is provided after the booking has been confirmed.
- House Rules for the caravan (Hiring Rules):
- no smoking/vaping inside the van
- deposit to be paid within 48 hrs of booking approval
- return the van in the same clean state it was given (cleaning items provided, extra $200.00 detailing fees apply if dirty)
- return the van with an empty toilet cassette ($350.00 fee applies if returned dirty)
- Awning/Annex MUST be put away if you are leaving the van unattended or if windy conditions arise
- Caravan MUST be locked if left unattended
- Any damage or accidents must be reported ASAP via text msg with a photo
- Free Camping/Off grid must be approved prior to booking begins. Any damage to batteries as a result of unauthorised free camping will be logged as damage
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older
- Included: 150 km/day average.
- Excess: $15.00 per day per started 50 km above 150 km/day (rounded up).

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

I'm a friendly and helpful bloke who wants to help you and your partner and/or family, have an amazing camping / glamping experience in our van. Our van gives you the best of both worlds and I can either set it up for you, or help you and am happy to take calls anytime to make your experience smooth and easy. My family and I have been camping in our van for a few years and are very well seasoned at it.
