Please be aware of your off-grid power usage. We have one generator available for hire at $150.00 for the weekend (Friday to Monday) or $250.00 for 7 days hire. Must use premium petrol and will be supplied with 1 x 5 ltr jerry can full and 1 x 5 ltr jerry can empty. This is subject to availability. WHAT DOES THE SERVICE FEE COVER? - The Elec brakes Bluetooth electric brake controller. - Towing mirrors. - full gas bottle - toilet chemicals and toilet paper - other incidentals ** The service fee DOES NOT cover things like emptying of the chemical toilet or a muddy / heavily soiled van. If you do not wish to do these tasks, please select the correct option in the extras section - failure to do this will result in a cost to you) ** ** The service fee is not negotiable ** COLLECTION OF THE CARAVAN: You will be contacted to make arrangements for your collection time once you have paid your deposit closer to the time of your booking. This is usually 24-48 hours prior to your booking commencing. At the time of collection, arrangements will be made for the caravan to be returned. The vans are available for collection/return between 8:30am and 4pm (or by arrangement). If the van is available, we can arrange a handover the day before (tow bookings only) after 2pm and a $50.00 charge is payable + insurance to collect the day prior. DELIVERY / SET-UP OPTION: We offer deliveries up to 300kms. The charge for this service is $2.00 per Km each way. The delivery distance is calculated for drop off and collection. I.e. If the delivery destination is 50kms then the charge would be $200.00. We will then set up the van for you to arrive and enjoy for an additional $150.00 including all hose and power connections, levelled and stabilised and awning set up ready for you. This will be discussed with you at the time of the booking enquiry. Minimum delivery charge is $100.00 (25Kms and under) If you choose the delivery option, the van must be set up by the Ezyhire Staff at cost to you. Delivery is subject to availability of staff. If delivery or collection is to occur on a Public Holiday a $50.00 surcharge will apply on top of the delivery costs. WHAT DOES THE BOOKING FEE COVER? The Camplify booking fee covers important things nationwide roadside assistance, 24-hour customer helpline, emergency accommodation protection, third party management of bond and transaction fees. The booking fee is not negotiable and does not cover cleaning on the van or toilet upon return. Please refer to Camplify for further information. This is charged by Camplify and is not negotiable. This is applicable to all charges expect for the service fee and insurance and is charged at 10.5% by Camplify. INSURANCE: The caravan is comprehensively insured and is NOT permitted for any off-road use. Please note that our policy does not cover accidental underbody damage caused from off-road use. The minimum age to tow the caravan is 21 (open license required. Where a driver under the age of 25 hires an RV, an additional young driver excess will apply. Camplify does not permit drivers under 21 to hire via the Camplify platform.). You have two choices of insurance excess reduction. You may choose to be a Risk Taker which is $19.00 per day and your accident excess is $400.000 per event or a Happy Camper which is $39.00 per day and your accident excess is $500.00 per event if towing or if having the van delivered Risk Taker which is $9.00 per day and your accident excess is $100.000 per event or a Happy Camper which is $15.00 per day and your accident excess is $250.00 per event – Please refer to https://help.camplify.com.au/au-help-centre/damage-breakdown-and-excess for further information. OFF ROAD USE IS NOT PERMITTED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL - All Camplify Vans are strictly prohibited to go Off-Road unless the van owner provides permission in writing to take that van off-road, and you have provided of the destination and route you will be traveling. This will need to be approved by both Ezyhire and Camplify prior to the booking being accepted. Please note that all van has a GPS installed and we will randomly check these tracking devices. "Off-Road" means any area that is neither a sealed or an unsealed road. This includes but is not limited to unformed roads, fire trails, tracks, river and tidal crossings, creek beds, beaches, streams, dams, rivers, floodwaters, sand, deserts, rocks, fields and paddocks. "Unsealed Road" means a road that has been formed and constructed but is not sealed with a hard material such as tar, bitumen or concrete. This does not include a road that is undergoing temporary roadworks. If you are travelling to a Campsite, as long as this is a maintained gazetted road, not greater than 10km we permit the van to be taken in and out of the Campsite (please use caution to prevent any damage that you may be liable for). Office Hours - Monday to Friday - 8am to 4pm NSW Time - Weekends by appointments CLOSED ON CHRISTMAS DAY Collections from our facility are on an appointment basis Return of Van - must be returned prior to 6pm NSW Time unless other arrangements have been made Delivery of Vans to Caravan Parks - We are not permitted to access your site prior to their check in time. It takes approx 1 hour to set up the van for your arrival. This will be discussed with you the day prior to delivery for our ETA to the park. Delivery of Vans to Private Properties - This will be arranged with you the day prior to your booking commencing. Please advise if we need to bring additional water hoses, longer power cords and 10 to 15 amp adaptors for use at a private property. Collection of Vans from Caravan Parks - We arrive at 9am to pack down the van to be offsite by 10am for all caravan parks unless you have arranged with the park for a late checkout time. Collection of Vans from Private Properties - This is by arrangement at the time of drop off
Hiring rules
- • 1. The minimum age to tow the caravan is 21 (open license required. Where a driver under the age of 25 hires an RV, an additional young driver excess will apply. Camplify does not permit drivers under 21 to hire via the Camplify platform.).
- • 2. No smoking
- • 3. Please return clean and tidy including BBQ if hired. All our vans are professional cleaned prior to each hire.
- • 4. The van is provided with mattress protectors and pillows with protectors, for each bed. If you would like us to provide linen, please select the linen package. This will including a fitted sheet, top sheet, pillowcase, light weight doona or blanket. Towels are not provided. If you would like us to supply towels which includes 1 towel, 1 face washer, 1 had towel per person please select this in the optional extras.
- • 5. As we must be considerate to all our hirers, if there is evidence of smoking, camp smoke or pets being in the van there will be an additional cleaning fee of $250.00.
- • 6. If the hirer uses the toilet, they must empty and clean the toilet and surround before returning the van. If you would like us to clean the toilet for you there will be an additional charge of $150.00. Toilet canisters are to be returned empty.
- • 7. If the hirer uses the BBQ, they must clean it before returning the van. Failure to do this will result in an additional $25.00 cleaning fee.
- • 8. Please take your rubbish with you and ensure that all dishes and cutlery are cleaned and put back where you found them. Failure to do this will result in an additional $250.00 cleaning fee.
- • 9. If the van is returned unclean, toilet not emptied there will be an additional charge of $250.00 per item. If you would like us to clean both the van (interior) and the toilet for you please select this in the options at the time of booking (Clean the van for me (interior only) $150.00, Clean the toilet for me $150.00 or Clean the Van (interior only) AND toilet for Me $250.00.)
- • 10. The Cleaning Fee paid does not cover the outside of the van. If you return the van in a condition that has excessive dirt/road grime, including the awning with Bird and or bat droppings an additional cleaning charge of $150.00 will be charged for cleaning the outside of the van including the awning. This will be discussed upon drop off and or collection of the van with you
- • 11. The van is supplied with two gas bottles – if you run out of gas please do not exchange our owned gas bottles for Swap and Go bottles .if the van is returned with Swap and Go Bottles on the van, you will be charged $100.00 for purchase of a new 9kg gas bottle.
- • 12. Please advise of any items broken or that were damaged during your hire. We appreciate that accidents happen, but considerable or malicious damage will incur h.
- • 13. THIS VAN IS NOT FOR OFFROAD USE. If the van is found to have been taken offroad without permission, you will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damages caused by offroad use. Insurance does not cover any dirt road unless these are gazetted and no longer than 10Kms to a campsite and your travel route has been approved.
- • 14. There is a GPS device fitted and will be randomly checked for speed and location.
- • 15. A full handover will be done at time of collection or delivery. All vans are supplied with user manuals for the van.
- • 16. Your hire includes roadside assistance for the van only. This will be discussed with you in relation to mechanical breakdowns that may occur on the van during your travels. Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
