Before you set off on your adventure, here are a few housekeeping details to ensure a smooth experience: Cleanliness: We take pride in maintaining a clean and tidy caravan, and we ask that you return it in the same condition. A cleaning fee may apply if additional cleaning is needed. Gas: Please ensure the gas bottles are turned off when not in use. Pets: If you're bringing a pet, please make sure to clean up after them and let us know in advance if they’ll be joining your trip. Damages: While accidents happen, we ask that you report any damage or issues during your rental period so we can ensure everything is in top shape for future guests. Handover: When you come to pick up the caravan, we’ll go over everything with you, from operating the amenities to safety features, ensuring you’re fully comfortable before you hit the road. We'll also check off the condition of the caravan together. At drop-off, we’ll do a quick inspection to make sure everything is in order. We want to make sure your trip is as smooth and enjoyable as possible! If you have any questions or need more information, don’t hesitate to reach out.

Hiring rules

• Atlantic Endeavour Caravan – Hire Rules
• To ensure an enjoyable and smooth experience for all guests, please take note of the following hire rules:
• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the caravan. Please use designated outdoor areas if you wish to smoke.
• OffRoad Use: The caravan is not to be taken offroad or driven on unsealed, rough, or difficult terrain unless prior approval is given. Offroad use may void insurance coverage.
• Excessive Dirt & Cleaning: The caravan must be returned in a clean and tidy condition. If the caravan is returned excessively dirty (e.g., stained carpets, upholstery, or unclean kitchen/bathroom), a cleaning fee will apply to cover the cost of professional cleaning.
• Damage & Misuse: The renter is responsible for any damage to the caravan during the hire period. Any damage or signs of misuse (such as broken fixtures or scratched surfaces) must be reported immediately. A fee will be charged to cover repairs or replacements if needed.
• Pets: Pets are permitted inside the caravan but must be approved at time of booking. If approval is granted, the caravan must be cleaned thoroughly, and any damage caused by pets will be the renter's responsibility.
• Return Condition: The caravan should be returned in the same condition it was rented, including emptied waste tanks. Any discrepancies may result in additional charges.
• Towing Restrictions: The caravan is not to be towed by a vehicle that does not meet the towing requirements. Renters must ensure their towing vehicle is suitable for the size and weight of the caravan.
