Hiring rules
- $250.00 charge if toilet cassette is not cleaned properly
- Must be over 25 years to hire
- Report any damage to us, even if minor so we can make sure it is replaced/fixed for the next hire.
- No Loose items to be placed on the floor of the caravan, everything must be in a cupboard.
- No Smoking in the Caravan
- Please let us know if you require linin/ $60.00 charge if so
- IMPORTANT Once your request is accepted you are required to pay a deposit within 24 hours.
- If you have any questions please contact us anytime.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
