  The van was dirty and supplies unkept. Bathroom was leaking, ac not working and flyscreens damaged and medicine found. Van size and layout accurate, exterior of the van clean. Owner was good at communicating until we had to resolve dispute and made decision without consultation. Overall disappointed.

  This was a really disappointing experience and one that has left a sour taste in my mouth. After paying for the van to be delivered and fully set up so it would be fully operational, it was far from that. The water wasnt connected properly but that was an easy fix. The fridge was supposedly turned on, but it wasnt, and we never got it to work. I messaged Adam but he seemed to want to tell us it was working. Ice melted, food went warm, so did drinks. Bad!!! Hot water never got hot for a shower and the door to shower was broken. We had to buy take away food every night and throw away the food we had brought with us. We also had to use the shower block where we were staying. We could have hired a cabin for $100 a night onsite if we didnt want a shower, fridge or cooking facilities. The only kettle was for a gas cooktop and took forever to boil The only saucepan supplied was one huge 5 litre pot. Absolutely ridiculous for two people. If this was my first experience with Camplify, it would be my last, but thankfully last years experience with a different owner and van was excellent. I tried to contact the owner for some compensation but he has basically told me it was my issue and it could have been fixed. How was he going to fix the shower, the lack of saucepans, the kettle, the broken shower door, and the fridge?! Clearly he wasnt. I cannot recommend booking this to hire.

  The van is fantastic! We would absolutely hire again in a heartbeat. It everything you need to be self sufficient - literally add clothes and soap, and hit the road. Adam has thought of everything - even reclining chairs! We camped with our two kids (5 and 2.5) and it was genuinely the best holiday because of how well-equipped, easy to use and modern the van is. The mattress is surprisingly comfortable, the tv worked like our home tv, the shower pressure was spot on and all appliances were great (the fridge is enormous). Adam bent over backwards to ensure we knew how everything operated, and his communication made everything incredibly simple. Nothing was too hard and he replied lightning fast to all our questions. If youre tossing up between vans, I can absolutely recommend this caravan without hesitation. Thanks so much again Adam. Like I said, youve reignited our passion for camping (glamping?) and the van was the envy of all our friends. Thanks again for everything!
