Hiring rules

• No smoking of any type inside the van. Delivery and collection is charged at $2.50 per km. This is for every KM whilst the van is being towed by us. This cost will be calculated at the time of the booking and discussed with you prior to accepting the booking. If you choose to tow the van yourself, this rate does not apply but we will need to qualify you and your vehicle before accepting the booking.
• The van must be maintained to the standard it was delivered in during the course of the hire.
• The inventory (Plates, cups, knives and forks, remotes etc) must not be removed from the van.
• The inside of the van must be clean, rubbish removed, plates and cups etc washed up and put away, and used linen left in one place at the conclusion of the hire. Unless you select the 'Clean the van for me' option we may seek a $200.00 cleaning fee if this is not completed.
• You MUST empty and wash out the toilet cassette at the conclusion of the hire failure to do so will incur a $250.00 fee.
• If anything breaks or is damaged, please notify us. We inspect the vans thoroughly at the conclusion of the hire so if something is found broken or damaged and were not notified, we will seek the full repair costs from your bond. If we are notified, we can most likely rectify at a lesser cost or at no cost. Honesty is the best policy here.
• If your destination includes dirt roads, you will need to select the 'Clean the van for me' option.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  We hired the van for 9 days and had a great experience. The van was clean, reliable, and communication with the owners was easy. The kids loved it and the van was really spacious for our family of 5. Highly recommend!

  The caravan, the service and communications was superb! 2 adults & 3 kids hiring the van (delivered & set up) for 9 days early Jan 2025. The van is basically brand new and is incredibly spacious and comfortable. Everything worked perfectly including the air-con (which was a blessing) and large fridge/freezer and there was loads of room for all our stuff - we actually didn't use all of the cupboards. The van had all the basics we needed inc. ample cutlery & crockery, pots & pans, table & chairs (inc. 5 comfy fold out chairs), bin, broom etc. The linen and and towels we hired were comfortable and good value to save us having to bring our own. Terry was great with Comms pre, during and post and the delivery was awesome - we turned up and everything (inc. power, water, awning, table and chairs) was set up for us. Ditto on departure. I could go on but in summary I would not hesitate to book this van again - indeed we are looking to lock in similar dates at the same place in Jan 2026 now.

  Want to have a good time? Find another caravan and supplier. We are a family of 5 that booked a Caravan with Terry & Danielle via Camplify. One week and paid for delivery and setup in Byron Bay. Air-conditioner leaking water into the van. Thankfully Terry had not left and managed to fix a blocked overflow pipe. Terry assured us everything else was working and that is any issues popped up he is only 40 minutes away and can fix them. Unfortunately, our issues continued. 1/. The power has tripped more than 40 times since we arrived. Impacted TV when feeding three young kids, and the lighting would trip at night. 2/. The radio did not work. 3/. No broom, cutting board, mixing bowl/serving dish, scissor, bin (inside or outside), or laundry basket was supplied. 4/. Ground sail provided for outside was too small for the caravan, meaning it did not cover the the full awning area. 5/. Bedding provided (which we rented as extras) was very poor quality and polyester - a perfect recipe to make you sweat during a Byron summer. We have hired numerous caravans previously and must say that this is the worst experience. I communicated with Terry to ask if he could rectify issues. He did not offer one sollution. He simply said, if its not to our liking we could cancel the van and he could pick it up early. This would be all but impossible with three yong kids and no alternative over December peak period. **If you want to enjoy your holiday book elsewhere.**
