📆Delivery & scheduling Delivery is available to approved locations only and must be planned in advance alongside multiple bookings and operational commitments. 🗓️To allow us to schedule deliveries correctly, hirers must provide at the time of booking: • Exact delivery location • Site number • Site access details and any access restrictions • Preferred arrival time (handover required) • Preferred departure or collection time ⚠️If this information is not provided at booking, we cannot guarantee delivery at the requested time, as delivery runs are planned in advance. ➕Delivery fees are calculated and applied at the time of booking approval. Delivery is not charged per kilometre and is not added as an optional extra. 🎄We do not offer delivery or collection on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, or public holidays. 🚘Tow vehicle suitability & weights It is the hirer’s responsibility to ensure their tow vehicle is legally and mechanically suitable to tow this caravan. ‼️Before booking, hirers must: • Check their vehicle’s manufacturer towing capacity • Confirm vehicle GVM, GCM, and axle limits are not exceeded • Ensure compatibility with the caravan’s ATM, GTM, and tow ball weight • Confirm the vehicle is fitted with a compliant electric brake controller and towing mirrors 🚙Hirers are required to provide tow vehicle details at the time of booking so suitability can be confirmed prior to approval. We may decline a booking if the tow vehicle does not meet legal or safety requirements. 🏋️‍♂️Failure to check weights or provide accurate vehicle information may result in the booking being declined or cancelled for safety and insurance reasons. 🌓Hire period Hire is charged by day, not by night. Your hire starts on the first date of your booking and ends on the final date shown in your booking — not the following day. 👫Service fee A once-off service fee applies to each booking. This fee contributes to standard hire preparation including: • Filling water tanks • Gas bottle supply • Diesel for the heater (where fitted) • Cleaning products, cloths, sponges, bin bags • Toilet paper and toilet chemicals • General consumables required to prepare the caravan for hire ⛔️The service fee does not cover excessive cleaning, external washing, or toilet servicing required due to the condition the caravan is returned in. 🛌 Linen & extras Linen is an optional extra at $70.00 per booking and includes all beds fully made. Towels are available as an additional optional extra. BBQs are not included with the caravan but can be hired via optional extras if required. 🧹Care & return condition Please return the caravan tidy — dishes clean, fridge emptied, rubbish removed, and surfaces wiped. This helps keep turnaround times fair for all hirers and avoids additional charges. Ensure all kitchenware items supplied for each berth are present at return. Please do not leave personal items in the caravan. If items are left behind and return is requested, postage and handling charges will apply. 📸 Photos We love seeing our caravans out on adventures. Hirers are welcome to send through photos from their trip with our van to go into the draw to win a free day’s hire on their next booking.

Hiring rules

• • Minimum hire: 2 days
• • Minimum driver age: 21 years
• • Full licence required
• • Hirers must read and comply with Camplify’s Terms, Conditions, and Policies
• 🅿️ Road use & operation
• • No offroad, beach, or extended unsealedroad travel
• • No nighttime towing
• • Sealed roads and maintained access only
• • Awning must be packed away in windy conditions or when unattended
• • No smoking inside the caravan
• 🚘 Tow vehicle & safety
• • Tow vehicle must meet manufacturer towing specifications
• • Hirer is responsible for ensuring vehicle suitability and legal compliance
• • Electric brake controller and towing mirrors are mandatory
• • Incorrect or unsuitable tow vehicles may result in booking refusal or cancellation
• 🚙 Delivery restrictions
• • Delivery and collection are not available on:
• – Christmas Eve
• – Christmas Day
• – Boxing Day
• – New Year’s Eve
• – New Year’s Day
• – Public holidays
• 🦮 Pets
• • Pets are not permitted inside the caravan unless disclosed at the time of booking and approved in writing prior to hire
• • Undisclosed pets will result in a $200.00 posthire cleaning fee
• 🧼 Cleaning & condition
• • Caravan must be returned clean and tidy
• • Excessive cleaning will incur a minimum $350.00 cleaning fee
• • Exterior returned excessively dirty will incur a $150.00 wash fee plus $100.00 per hour for additional cleaning
• • Toilet cassette must be emptied and cleaned — failure to do so will incur a $200.00 servicing fee
• 🧹 All cleaning charges are applied via Camplify’s posthire process.
• ‼️ Damage & reporting
• • Any damage, faults, or issues must be reported immediately
• • Failure to report damage may result in higher repair costs being charged posthire
• • Failure to report damage may result in refusal of future hire requests
• ✅ Equipment & contents
• • Ensure all kitchenware items supplied for each berth are present at return
• • Do not leave personal items in the caravan
• 📪 If items are left behind and return is requested, postage and handling charges will apply.
• Impact on future bookings
• ⛔️ Failure to comply with these rules may impact eligibility for future hires.

  Great communication with us, van was great

  Van was great, no issues there. However, I had to call Dennis when he was 45mins late for handover time onsite. He was busy and hadn't left yet (we were 2.5hrs away!) A bit of mucking around which meant we sat in our car for almost 4hrs in the pouring rain at the site waiting for his arrival with the van. I understand things happen, but he didn't even sms me to say he would be late... just didn't show! He's also VERY slow to respond to your messages if ever.
