Additional information

Delivery costs will be calculated at the time the booking is made and discussed with you prior to the booking being accepted. The rate for delivery is $2.50 per km for every KM the van travels. (One way for delivery, and one way for collection). Please be aware that once your booking is accepted, you have 72hrs to pay the deposit, otherwise Camplify will cancel the booking (This is their policy). Once contact is made with us, please keep your communication open. Even if you decide that you no longer wish to proceed, please let us know. Its no problem. Hiring rules

• Delivery and collection is charged at $2.50 per km. This is for every KM whilst the van is being towed by us to your desired location. This cost will be calculated at the time of the booking and discussed with you prior to us accepting the booking.
• No smoking of any type inside the van.
• No pets inside the van.
• The van must be maintained to the standard it was delivered in during the course of the hire.
• The inventory (Plates, cups, knives and forks, remotes etc) must not be removed from the van.
• The inside of the van must be cleaned, rubbish removed, plates and cups etc cleaned and put away, and used linen left in one place at the conclusion of the hire. Unless you select the 'Clean the van for me' option we may seek a $200.00 cleaning fee if this is not completed.
• You MUST empty and wash out the toilet cassette at the conclusion of the hire failure to do so will incur a $250.00 fee.
• If anything breaks or is damaged, please notify us. We inspect the vans thoroughly at the conclusion of the hire so we will find it. If we find something has been damaged and we were not notified, we will seek the full repair costs from you and your bond. If we are notified, we can most likely rectify at a lesser cost or at no cost. Honesty is the best policy here.
• You will need to select the 'Clean the van for me' option if there is any off/dirt road travel.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  This van is perfect with all the perks when glamping with a family. The van is brand new, has super comfy beds, a good size fridge, pop out windows with pull up shades and separate shower and toilet. The washing machine is also a bonus. Terry & Danielle were also great with their communication. Would definitely recommend. We all enjoyed our week away.
