Hiring rules

• The caravan will be clean (inside and out) before your journey, we would appreciate it if you could return it in the same order after your hire. A cleaning charge of $99.00 can be paid for us to clean it for you.
• The Toilet must be both emptied and fully cleaned (products & directions will be supplied for your use with the hire). Please use caution cleaning around the caravan stickers and graphics and avoid the use of a high pressure spray.
• No smoking and no pets.
• No dirt tracks, or off road permitted, Vehicle can however be taken off grid (away from power and water). For more details please message us.
• All unsealed road trips must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages. Insurance does not cover offroad travel. We understand that sometimes you may have to go down a gravel road to get to your camping location. Most gazetted roads will be covered by insurance but please provide details of travel before undertaking the trip so that we can confirm if this is permitted.
• Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage and roadside assist availability. These can be obtained through Camplify support on 1300 416 133.
• * EMERGENCY   If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA.
• * DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
• * NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads/ NO Smoking inside
• * CLEANING Return the van in clean condition. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.
• * UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.

• Hirer must be 30 years of age or older.

  This is a big family van obviously well looked after by the owners. Everything you could want is neatly stored and looks brand new. Lovely owners to deal with and very helpful.
