Phillip Island Getaway Opportunity, A near new, seasoned caravan with everything you need for a comfortable holiday at Phillip Island (see links provided). Select and book your own caravan site either powered or unpowered, this van caters for both options. We will deliver to your site and set it up for you, ready for your arrival. Setup includes all hose and power connections, levelled and stabilised and awning set up ready for you. This will be discussed with you at the time of the booking enquiry. This 19.6 ft caravan has: * 2 berths with comfortable double bed with superior mattress. * Linen, pillows and towels optional. * Aircon/heating * 4-burner gas stove, oven, griller * Microwave * 185 L fridge/freezer * Separate interior and exterior hot/cold showers * Separate interior cassette toilet * Washing machine * Cafe-style seating (The table does not fold down for an extra bed. ) * Interior stereo system with internal/external speakers * TV with in-built DVD player. Internal and external mountings * Kitchen has plenty of cupboards * Crockery, cutlery, pots and pans included * Essentials pantry (tea, instant coffee, sugar, salt, pepper) * Cleaning products

Hiring rules

CARAVAN ONLY SLEEPS 2
NO SMOKING ALLOWED INSIDE CARAVAN.
AWNING MUST BE PACKED AWAY BEFORE BAD WEATHER ARISES.
CARAVAN INTERNAL MUST BE RETURNED CLEANED OR A $80.00 CLEANING FEE APPLIES.
ANY DAMAGE MUST BE REPORTED IMMEDIATELY WHO, WHAT, WHERE AND WHEN WILL BE REQUIRED.
PAYMENT OF DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED WITHIN 48 HRS OF YOUR BOOKING BEING APPROVED, OTHERWISE I MAY CANCEL IT.
HIRE RATES: 3 days minimum hire except for Christmas/Easter 7 day minimum hire
OFF PEAK RATE: $140.00p/n (All other dates)
PEAK RATE: $160.00p/n (school holidays, long weekends and events)
CHRISTMAS/EASTER: $180.00p/n Minimum hire 7 days.

Easter 29th March to 4th April 2024
Christmas 24/25 21st December 2024 to 10 January 2025

Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Pricing

Hire Fee: From $140.00 per day
Service fee: $80.00
Delivery fee: $1.00 per km

Cancellations

Strict

Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
