Hiring rules

• 1. We can provide all the linen including doonas ($70.00 per booking) and kitchen & bathroom towels ($15.00 per booking).
• 2. Please ensure your vehicle is fitted with a 12 pin plug and wired correctly (diagram is included in photos of van). Plug no. 2 & 3 must be wired for the Electronic Stability Control to work.
• 3. Hirer must empty and clean toilet before returning van otherwise an extra cleaning fee of $100.00 will be charged. Cleaning supplies and toilet chemicals are provided for your convenience.
• 4. Van is to be returned clean and tidy (including dishes and cutlery) or $60.00 cleaning fee will apply.
• 5. All food to be removed from Van.
• 6. Strictly no smoking inside the van or under the awning. If so the extra cleaning fee ($100.00) will be charged.
• 7. No fires under the awning.
• 8. All damages must be reported immediately to owner.
• 9. Vinyl flooring and cupboard doors are easily damaged when goods are stored on the floor. Care must be taken to prevent items sliding or tilting which may cause damage to flooring & cupboards. Bikes are not permitted inside the van.
• 10. No offroad use (with the exception of entering a designated campsite, no more than 10km off a sealed road please discuss and obtain approval from owner first). No river crossings or rough corrugated roads.
• 11. No roasting meat in caravan oven. BBQ can be provided upon request.
• 12. The minimum number of nights for a booking in school holidays is 5 days, unless there is a vacancy between bookings. Please enquire.
• 13. The minimum number of days for a booking which includes a public holiday (ie long weekends) is 3 days.
• 14. If towing, limit of 200km's per day accumulated over term of hire then .50 for each extra kilometre.
