• 1. Deliver Hire Delivery to Site
• If you’ve chosen to have the caravan delivered, please take note of the following rules:
• Delivery Location: Please confirm the exact delivery address and ensure that it is accessible for the vehicle and caravan. If there are any access restrictions or narrow roads, let us know in advance.
• Delivery Charges: Delivery is subject to a minimum charge of $100.00, with an additional fee of $2.00 per kilometre from our home base in Sheldon. Please confirm the delivery location so we can calculate the exact cost.
• SetUp and PackDown: Our team will deliver the caravan and set it up at the designated site. Guests are responsible for ensuring the area is clear and safe for setup.
• Waste Disposal: As part of our ecofriendly practices, guests must dispose of their own waste. Please use the designated waste disposal areas.
• Safety: Ensure all doors, windows, and safety features are secure upon delivery. We are not responsible for damages once the caravan is set up and in your care.
• Equipment Use: If any equipment is provided with the delivery (such as BBQs or extra gear), please ensure it is returned in the same condition after use.
• 2. Tow Hire Towing the Caravan Yourself
• If you plan to tow the caravan, these rules apply to ensure your safety and a smooth experience:
• Towing Experience: Please let us know about your towing experience. For your safety, you should be comfortable with towing a caravan of this size (approx. [specify weight/size]).
• Electronic Brake Controller: An electronic brake controller is required for safe towing. Please confirm if your vehicle has one installed. If not, we can assist in arranging one (at an additional cost).
• Vehicle Requirements: Your vehicle must be capable of towing the caravan. Please check that your car meets the weight capacity and towing requirements. If unsure, contact us for advice.
• Inspection: Prior to departure, we’ll conduct an inspection to ensure the caravan is in good condition and properly hitched. Any damages or issues discovered during the checkout process must be reported.
• Waste Disposal: As part of our ecoconscious rules, you will need to dispose of your own waste. Please use the facilities provided for waste disposal.
• Safe Towing: Follow all local road laws and safety precautions while towing. We highly recommend you doublecheck all safety features, including lights, chains, and hitching mechanisms before departure.
• 3. Stay Hire Accommodation at Our Bush Setting
• If you are staying at Winston Wallabies Urban Getaway, these rules will ensure an enjoyable and respectful experience for all:
• Respect the Environment: As the property is located in a bush setting, please respect the surrounding wildlife and natural beauty. Stay within designated areas and avoid disturbing local plants and animals.
• Waste Disposal: Guests are responsible for disposing of their own waste. This includes both general waste and toilet waste. Please use the provided disposal facilities.
• Quiet Hours: Keep noise levels to a minimum, particularly during the evening, to maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the bush.
• Vehicle Parking: Park your vehicle in the designated parking areas only. Ensure that roads, pathways, and access points remain clear for all guests.
• Fires and BBQs: If you plan to light a fire or use a BBQ, please ensure it’s done in designated areas. Make sure all fires are completely extinguished before leaving them unattended.
• Safety: Be mindful of your surroundings, especially wildlife. Guests should exercise caution when hiking or exploring the property.
• Pets: Pets are not permitted unless prior arrangements are made. Please contact us to confirm if you wish to bring a pet.
• Behavior: We ask all guests to respect the privacy and enjoyment of others. Disruptive behavior, including excessive noise or damage to property, will not be tolerated.
