Hiring rules
- No offroad, beach driving or extended gravel roads;
- No smoking inside;
- Hirer must be 30 years of age or older;
- Driving or towing at night is prohibited.
- If you have a campfire outside the caravan, please ensure no smoke goes inside the caravan, additional cleaning fee may apply;
- Pack away the awning before bad weather;
- Empty and clean the toilet before returning or fee will apply ($99.00);
- Bring your own linen;
- We kindly ask that you return the caravan in the clean condition it was provided or fee will apply($125.00);
- We prefer if you could cook outside the van (use BBQ provided) to keep it free from cooking smells.
- No freecamping;
- No festivals;
- EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they will advise the Hirer how to contact NRMA.
- DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
- UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
- Hirer must be 30 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
