This 21-foot Essential Cruiser is the perfect mix of comfort, practicality, and modern design ready to take you on unforgettable adventures! A spacious inside layout - cozy queen bed, well-equipped kitchen, lounge/dinette and a full ensuite bathroom with seperate toilet & shower. A roll-out awning for shaded outdoor relaxation, external speakers, outdoor lighting & bike rack. Our van includes: -Air Conditioning -TV -Stereo -Fridge/Freezer -Gas oven/grill -Stove top with 3x burner gas elements and 1x electric element -Microwave -Pod Coffee machine -Kettle, toaster, utensils, cutlery, pots/pans, chopping boards, crockery. -Cleaning & washing up equipment (sponges, detergent, spray and wipe, broom, dust pan and tea towels) -Toilet including toilet chemicals -Seperate toilet/shower -Levelling ramps, wheel chocks, pegs, hammer -Floor mat for outside van -Roll out awning -Outdoor lighting If you are unable to tow our van, reach out to us about our deliver and set up service. FREE Delivery up to 30km from Ingleburn NSW 2172! Addition charges beyond 30km is $2/km Rates & Booking Info: Daily rate starts at $180, with prices varying based on the season, peak periods and public holidays. Minimum hire is 2 days. Please designate 30 minutes for an extensive demonstration at time of pick up. At our hand over meeting, we will run through set up, pack up, how to use the appliances & toilet cleaning. *Note: Cannot be taken off road.

Please check that your vehicle has the capacity to tow our van - ATM 2.86T Your car needs an electric brake controller. Towing mirrors should be used to ensure safety while driving and are necessary for hire. If you require towing mirrors, you can hire them from us for $20.00 per hire.

Linen is not included. To make your stay comfortable we suggest packing: -Bath towels and bath mat -Hand towels -Beach towels -Bed sheets (double) and single for 2x bunks -Quilt & quilt cover -Don't forget your Recycled toilet paper (tea towels are provided) -Van is fitted with a GPS tracker - for location tracking and speed alerts.

Hiring rules

  • Pick up & drop off: We can be quite flexible and can work with you for a time suitable for us both.
  • No pets allowed
  • Soft luggage only to be stored inside no bikes, fridges or heavy items to be stored inside the van.
  • No smoking or vaping inside the van
  • No offroad or unsealed roads
  • No festivals
  • Hirer must return the van in the same condition it was given, with toilet cassette and BBQ cleaned or a $150.00 cleaning fee may apply.
  • Please let us know what towing vehicle you will be using & if you have experience towing. Alternatively, we can transport it to your location, inclusive of set up and pack down for $2.00/km after 30km from our location.
  • Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises.
  • Must use towing mirrors can be supplied
  • Designate a 30 minute handover upon pick up/delivery of caravan
  • Please report any and all damage immediately, no matter how big or small.
  • If your car breaks down while on hire, the hirer is responsible for getting the caravan back to our home (Ingleburn)
  • Please refer to the 'departure' checklist inside the van to ensure everything is stored away safely for travel.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We were going to a horse event with not a lot of instructions of where and what time we could arrive. Emma and Daniel were super flexible with this. Daniel came to set it up, he was so helpful and so nice. The van was clean, as described. It is a lovely clean van. Overall a great experience!
