Please remember the following important guidelines: Drive Safely: Take your time and prioritize safety on the road. No Smoking: To maintain a clean and pleasant environment, please refrain from smoking inside the caravan. Electric Brakes: Familiarize yourself with the electric brake system for safe towing. Extended Mirrors: Ensure extended mirrors are properly adjusted for better visibility. Thank you for your cooperation, and have a fantastic trip! Safe travels!
Hiring rules
- Linen can be provided at 149$per booking.
- Please do not go above 95km/hr for your safety
- Off road use and unsealed roads are strictly prohibited (penalties apply)
- Please return the van in the same condition it was taken (excessive cleaning will incur up to a $350.00800 fee excluding toilet cassette.
- Please ensure the toilet cassette is emptied and cleaned ($400.00 fee will be assessed if not clean)
- No smoking inside Caravan(Strict penalties apply)
- Please ensure that you pay your deposit within 48 hours of the booking being approved to ensure your booking is not cancelled to reopen the dates for other hirers.
- ⚠️ Please report any and all damage immediately. I'm reasonable and we can work together to make sure you can continue your adventure safely and any costs associated with the damage are limited.
- 🆘 EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA. Then call me!

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

We opted for the delivery option and they were on time, super helpful and walked us through everything to get set up. Couldn't have asked for a better introduction to caravan life. Highly recommend!
