Hiring rules

- To keep our caravan in top condition for everyone to enjoy, we ask all hirers to follow these simple rules:
- ✔️ Hirer must be over 25 years old
- 🚭 Strictly no smoking inside the caravan
- 🐾 No pets (unless approved prior to booking)
- 🧼 Please return the caravan clean and tidy
- 🚽 Toilet cassette must be emptied before return
- 🍳 All kitchen items to be cleaned and packed away
- 🚫 No offroad or beach driving unless agreed beforehand
- 👥 Do not exceed the maximum occupancy
- ⏰ Return the caravan on time as agreed
- We appreciate your care and respect for our caravan so everyone can continue to enjoy amazing trips.
- If you have any questions or special requests, feel free to reach out
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
