Additional information

PLEASE NOTE: This van is easy to tow and comes fully equipped for a great adventure however it is a large van with a 3.2 Tonne weight so your tow vehicle must have a minimum towing capacity of 3.5 Tonnes. You will need an Electric Brake Controller with a 12pin connection and caravan mirrors to tow - brakes can be hired through Camplify and mirrors are available on request. If 'free camping' without 240v power, you will need a generator (available on request) to run the air conditioning and microwave - 2 x 170Ah lithium batteries with a 2000w inverter power the lights, fridge, freezer and 12v power for a few days with 4 x 200w solar panels and a 25Ah DCDC charger used to recharge the batteries - if stationery for several days, you will need to find some sun to recharge the batteries. Some caravan parks and free camping stops don't allow generators to be run or restrict the times they can, so please consider this when you are looking at places to stay - if staying on a powered site just plug in to the mains and enjoy all the creature comforts of home.

Awning must be packed away before bad weather/high winds
Toilet must be emptied and cleaned prior to return (additional fees will apply if returned soiled)
Gas bottles must be returned full
Minimum 7 day hire in peak periods (school holidays)
In the event of an EMERGENCY keep calm, stay safe and call Camplify Roadside Assistance on (02) 4075 2000, Option 4.
DAMAGE is to be reported immediately
Van to be returned in a clean condition excessive cleaning will incur a surcharge

Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Pricing

Hire Fee: From $275.00 per day
Service fee: $150.00
Delivery fee: $2.50 per km

Cancellations

Flexible

Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
