Hiring rules
- The person towing must be 25 years of age or older and experience with towing large trailers or caravans.
- Smokefree van, any evidence of smoking will incur a $500.00 cleaning fee.
- Pets may be considered on request.
- Please pack away the awning before any bad weather arises.
- Please return the van in a clean condition. Excessive cleaning will incur a $150.00 cleaning fee.
- UNSEALED ROADS must be preapproved in writing before the trip begins. NO water crossings or offroad.
- DAMAGE if damage happens, you must report it immediately. WHO, WHAT, WHERE & WHEN will be required.
- EMERGENCY if an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, and call Camplify on 1300 416 133. They communicate with the NRMA.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
