Hiring rules
- No smoking inside.
- Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises.
- Return caravan in the same clean condition as when it was delivered to you. Toilet and other cleaning fees will apply if not satisfactorily cleaned. Please report any damage to caravan even if minor.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
