Can be used off grid for extended periods with 300Amp hour Lithium batteries, 3* 190 w Solar panels and 190 Litres of water storage. 12 and 240 V 180 Litre Fridge Freezer. Chemical toilet, shower, gas cooking. We are offering this for 6 mth + rental at a non-negotiable Rate. Apart from an Insurance deposit if applicable, delivery and pick fee, no other cleaning charges or sundry charges. Renters must keep the van clean and damage free apart from Reasonable wear and Tear. Regular photo updates are required. All damage and maintenance issues must be reported to owner ASAP
Hiring rules
- No Smoking inside.
- Only available for 6 Months + rental.
- Note this is a brand new Caravan and price is not negotiable.
- All Kitchen utensils pots, bedding, linen etc will be provided if required included in cost.
- Note that the Air Conditioning system requires 240V mains power.
- No additional heating or cooling for off grid use is installed apart from a 12/240 volt fan
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
