The van is located at Jacobs Well, northern end of the Gold Coast. 👉 Family time is very important to us at Glamper Camper, this is why we prefer vans not to be returned on a Sunday. For the price of the daily insurance, you can return the van prior to 10am on Monday. Please advise in the information you send to us if this is what you require, and we will update this on the Camplify calendar for your approval All bookings are not guaranteed, until approved by Glamper Camper and Boat Hire ❗❗Please don't ask to collect the van the day before for free. • 📅 PUBLIC HOLIDAY NOTICE.
• Our storage facility is CLOSED all PUBLIC HOLIDAYS meaning no pickups or dropoffs on these days:
• ❌ Christmas Day
• ❌ Boxing Day
• ❌ New Year’s Day
• ❌ Australia Day
• ❌ Good Friday
• ❌ Easter Saturday
• ❌ Easter Monday
• ❌ ANZAC Day
• ❌ May day (Labour day)
• ❌ Kings Birthday
• 👉 Please book your collection and return before or after these dates.
• 👉 We are happy to allow the van to be returned before 10am the day after a public holiday for the price of the daily insurance. Please advise this when you send your request
• 🆘 EMERGENCIES & INCIDENTS
• 🚗 Accident? Get off the road, stay safe, and call Camplify at 1300 416 133 – they will arrange NRMA assistance.
• ⚠️ Damage? Report it immediately with full details of the incident.
• 🚭 NO SMOKING OR VAPING
• 🚫 Strictly NO smoking or vaping inside the caravan. A $300.00 cleaning fee will apply if this rule is not followed.
• 🚽 TOILET HIRE
• ✔️ The toilet must be emptied and cleaned before returning the van.
• ❌ Failure to do so will result in a $199.00 cleaning fee.
• 🛣️ UNSEALED ROADS & OFFROAD USE
• The caravan is fully insured for offroad use in destinations like Fraser (Eastern Side Zones 17 ONLY, No Waddy Point), Moreton & Noosa Northshore.
• ❌ Insurance does NOT cover underbody damage. Any underbody damage must be paid for by the renter
• ❌We do not allow the caravan to go to the Cape, Gibb River Road, Pebbly Beach & NT Arnhem Land
• 📌 Any unsealed road travel must be preapproved via Camplify Messages before your trip.
• 🚚 DELIVERY OPTION
• 🚛 We offer delivery & pickup at $2.00 per km (round trip).
• 💰 Example Calculation:
• Jacobs Well → Toowoomba (160km)
• 📍 160km x $2.00 = $320.00
• 📍 $320.00 x 2 (return trip) = $640.00
• 📌 Setup & packdown is an additional $100.00.
• 🚙 HIGH KM TRAVEL
• 📌 If you plan to travel more than 250km per day on average, extra charges may apply.

• ℹ️ GENERAL RULES ℹ️
• ✔️ Packing the Van:
• No loose items on the floor (to prevent damage while driving).
• Items must be distributed evenly inside the van.
• No Abandoning the Caravan: If abandoned, you will be responsible for all recovery costs.
• Bedsheets are Required: Even when using a sleeping bag. Stained or heavily soiled mattress protectors will incur cleaning or replacement fees.
• Report ALL Damage: Even minor issues, so we can fix them for the next hirer.
• AWNING: The awning must be packed away in heavy wind and rain. Failure to do this, could damage the awning and result in having to pay for a replacement (Awnings cost $250.000)
• 🧹 CLEANING EXPECTATIONS
• ✔️ The caravan must be returned clean:
• ✔️The van must be returned in the same clean and tidy condition in which it was handed over to you.
• ✔️All dishes washed, food spills wiped, rubbish removed, and floors swept.
• ✔️We have included cleaning items for your convenience these include:
• Dishwashing liquid, Multipurpose surface spray, Antibac wipes, Broom, Cloths, Dish wand, Tea Towels, dustpan & brush
• ✔️Want us to clean it for you?
• If heading to the beach or outback QLD (even on bitumen roads), please select the "Outback Trip Clean $250.00" when booking.
• This is mandatory for outback and beach trips. ‼️Please note this clean is to remove sand and red dirt from the underbody, outside & all the nooks and crannies of the of the caravan. We ask you still follow our basic cleaning checklist before returning the van. This includes wiping down the kitchen, bathroom, toilet and sweeping or vacuuming the caravan. If you wish not to do this, you can select the clean my caravan fee as well as the outback clean ‼️
• ✔️For nonsand or red dust destinations, select "Clean My Van for Me $150.00".
• ✔️Toilet emptied and cleaned. If the toilet is returned unemptied, you will be charged $199.00 fee
• The clean my toilet fee is over and above the clean my van fee
• 🆘 BREAKDOWN & EMERGENCY PROCEDURE
• STOP & assess the situation.
• Call us when it’s safe to do so.
• If we are unavailable, contact Camplify on 02 4075 2000 – they will connect you with NRMA roadside assistance.
• 💰 PRICING & PAYMENTS
• 💲 Standard Rate: $140.00day (3day minimum)
• 💲 Peak Rate: $140.00/day (QLD school holidays, 7day minimum) ❌CAMPLIFY IS A DAY RATE NOT A NIGHT RATE (THINK OF IT LIKE A CAR HIRE)
• 📌 Shorter peak bookings may be accepted closer to the date if availability allows.
• 🔹 Deposit: 25% required to secure booking (autocancel after 72 hours if unpaid).
• 🔹 Final Payment: Automatically debited 30 days before your hire begins.

• All times MUST be booked via our website link given after your deposit is paid. We do not accept hirers just turning up
