SLEEPING - Fully-enclosed 2 berth cabin with a double bed & ensuite. Nicely ventilated with multiple windows and a roof vent in ensuite. - Winnie has air conditioning - Bed converts to a living area with lounge and table (houses 4 people) for daytime use or bad weather. - Sheets, quilt and pillows included with hire OUTDOOR SHELTER - Included with Van is 3m x 3m Gazebo with Privacy screen (let us know if you would like this when booking) MORE THAN 2 PEOPLE OR PET SHELTER? - An additional tent is available for hire and this attaches to one end of Gazebo that is includes and sleeps up to 3-4 extra people. It can also be used for pets and or extra storage space. This tent is available for hire in the add on section as 'Rooftop Tent' for $50.00. ENTERTAINMENT - TV/DVD, USB charging, Bluetooth compatibility, CD and radio music system. COOKING/EATING - Fully equipped indoor kitchen (kettle, pots, pans, cups, cutlery and crockery, BBQ utensils, paper towel, tea towel, 240v and gas stove toaster, Portable 2 burner gas stove). - Electric Induction Hotplate , Microwave and Kitchen sink with Gas/240V HWS - Outdoor table, side table and 2 fold-out chairs. - 50 litre fridge. - 70 litre fresh water tank and pump. - Basic kitchen cupboard items included - coffee, tea, sugar, cooking spray / oil, salt, pepper etc. POWER AND LIGHTING - Can run on or off-grid (100AGM Battery for 12v appliances) for 2 days. - Ext. 15 amp plug with 15 amp to 10 amp adapter provided for plugging into 10 amp/240v power points. - 240v power outlets in cabin and kitchen, USB and cigarette lighter adapter charging ports . - 1 x USB rechargeable lantern. PETS - Your pooch can sleep either inside, outside under Gazebo or we can provide a separate tent that attaches to the gazebo as an add on (see above info.) LINEN - Included in the hire is sheets, quilt, pillows for the bed and throw rugs, 2 x tea towels and a bath mat. Please BYO your own bath/beach towels. At the end of hire simply strip off the bed linen and leave in the van. AMENITIES - The pantry comes stocked with basic amenities for you such as instant coffee, coffee bags, tea bags, sugar, spray oil, salt & pepper, mini condiments (jam/vegemite), glad wrap, baking paper, alfoil and aeroguard and mosquito coils. The kitchen is fully stocked with chopping boards / containers / pots / pans etc. Just check with us if any questions! CLEANING - Winnie must be returned in a clean and tidy condition, inside and out. The toilet must be emptied and cleaned out. We do have an option in add ons for us to do the cleaning however the toilet is not included, this must be done by the hirer. HANDOVER We ensure an EXTENSIVE demonstration is completed with all hirers at the time of pick up. We carefully explain set up and pack up procedures, use of the appliances, toilet cleaning plus more at our hand over meeting. We do our absolute best to ensure you have a smooth trip and the best time! PICK UP / DROP BACK Winnie is based in Ferndale - south of River (great for Albany, Perth Hills or southwest-bound trips etc) Also delivery and collection of Winnie can be arranged for an extra cost. Pick up is on the morning of your first day of hire Drop back is by 5pm on your last day of hire *additional arrangements can be made outside of this, just let us know on booking request. Please advise if you require any additional items not listed....we'll see what we can do!

Hiring rules

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older
• No smoking inside the van
• NO OFF ROAD USE (e.g. no beach driving, no extended travel on gravel roads or any offroad travel (travel on small sections on made but unsealed roads (roadworks or access roads) will likely be ok, but advise us first in all cases. If in doubt, just ask!
• CLEANING please return the caravan in a clean and tidy condition, inside and out. Hirer cleaning includes a basic wipe down of all equipment used, internal surfaces, sweep and surface mop as well as cleaning the toilet and emptying the cassette and a wash over the outside, generally with a garden hose with spray attachment, pressure washer or car wash lance (or similar).
• There is an add on option if you would like us to clean the van for you, however even with this option you must return the van in a 'general' tidy condition.
• Tow vehicle must be greater than caravan weight, please provide your towing vehicle and travel plans in your booking request.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  A fantastic experience hiring Winnie.

  I hired Winnie as I am considering buying a Winton 10. I went off-grid for the two nights. The van was easy to tow and to set up. Loved the 'electric' leg winder. A piping hot shower at the end of the day was brilliant. I think I'm convinced. Thanks Paul for the thorough handover.

  Excellent few days away. Van did not disappoint. Interestingly it attracted a lot of interest. Towed well and the bed was comfortable.
