Additional information
If you're vehicle breaks down during your hire, you must contact us, the owners and Camplify as soon as possible. You are not to leave the caravan and return home without it, in the event you're car is unrepairable. The hirer is responsible of returning the caravan to us, the owners and any additional cost's. Do not make any towing arrangements without discussing with us, the owners and Camplify first. If any damage occurs to the caravan while on hire, take a photo, send it to us, the owners, explain what happened and lodge it through the Camplify messenger chat we have with you. Any damages will be assessed on return of the caravan and sent to Camplify resolutions, to finalise damage costs owing. If the caravan is not returned back to us, the owners, on the agreed date, you will be charged the full daily rate until the caravan is returned. If you do not refill gas bottles and jerry can (if hiring the generator) We will send receipts to camplify and you will be billed for the amount it cost to refill them. If hiring the generator, you must pack it away and lock the tool box if you are leaving the caravan for the day.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

From the very first message to delivery, during our stay, and right through to pick-up, Jake and Jess were absolutely amazing hosts.
