Hiring rules
- Site fees are to be booked by you (the person hiring the caravan).
- Please send us details of your booking so we can have the van setup ready for you to relax upon your arrival. Your site MUST be a powered site.
- Pickup and Dropoff days are restricted to Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday and other public holidays.
- Deliveries within Denmark carry a flat fee of $50.00. Deliveries outside of Denmark are charged at $2.00 per km.
- Please notify us of your intended checkout time to allow for a handover.
- Please make sure you clean and pack away any used dishes and cutlery.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
