Hiring rules

• Hirer must return our caravan clean (inside & out), with the toilet empty and all items washed and put back into place otherwise a $300.00 cleaning fee will be charged.
• SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED.
• PETS WILL BE CONSIDERED. We prefer small/medium low allergy pets ONLY. Caravan must be returned completely clean with no remains of pet hair, otherwise an additional cleaning fee will apply. Please provide the breed of your pet within your booking request.
• OFF ROAD USE WILL BE CONSIDERED. Please provide your full itinerary including how many km's of unsealed road you will be travelling on. We MUST view and approve your itinerary prior to accepting your booking request.
• Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

  We had a fantastic first caravan holiday and the caravan had all the creature comforts one would want on a caravan holiday. Steve and Karina were very helpful responding to any questions we had as we planned the trip. We highly recommend using Off The Grid Caravan hire for your holiday.

  We had the best time in the Malibu Razor, from the time we arrived to pick up the van to dropping off, Steve and Karina were helpful, informative and knowledgable. We had a few issues during our time, but a quick call to Steve and all was resolved. I totally recommend Off the Grid, for holidays and even a great way to trial a van before you go an buy one.

  We chose Off The Grid as we wanted to do a true test of a high quality van on a 4 week holiday, hoping we would gain a true understanding of whether we could see ourselves ever buying our own van. After over 8,000kms across central Australia, we have fallen in love with life on the road. Steve & Karina were always available for any questions we had and made us feel comfortable the whole time. Cannot recommend Off The Grid more highly.
