A new, modern, family friendly caravan with all the add ons to make your camping holiday comfortable and easy. There are no prizes for who can rough it the most, so why not enjoy nature with a little bit of luxury. Scottie includes an extra long queen sized bed, two bunk beds, dinette with booth seating, separate shower and toilet, washing machine, indoor stove and grill, air conditioner, diesel heater, and plenty of storage for all your food and clothing. We'll supply all the cups, plates and cooking utensils you will need. Scottie is camping without the prep, the packing, the set up and the unpacking. Scottie is camping with just the fun, relaxation and memorable moments with your friends and family. Scottie is 8m (26ft) long including drawbar and 2.5m wide. This is the total trailer length. The van size is 18ft. This is a pretty standard size van and should be fine at most caravans parks depending on what sites they have available. Some parks may have info on their website stating max sizes. These could be van length or total trailer length. We recommend you speaking with the park and mentioning the measurements above.

Hiring rules

No smoking inside
No pets inside the van
Aircon/heater, microwave and washing machine not to be used when off grid
Gas hot water to be used when off grid, electric when on mains. Feel free to turn the gas on to give it a bit of a boost if needed
Please clean the toilet cassette before pick up/return. If not, $100.00 fee will apply. Please do number 2's in park/campground facilities where possible
Retract awning in high winds or when van is left alone
Bed linen included for the queen bed, please bring sleeping bags and a pillowcase for the bunk beds.
Please bring your own towels

Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Hire Fee: From $180.00 per day
Service fee: $60.00
Delivery fee: $2.00 per km

Cancellations

Strict

Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

When they say everything you need is in there they arent kidding. We brought a few of our creature comforts (own pillows & kids camping chairs to keep the wee grubs Easter chocolates mess contained). Very comfortable & well maintained.
