Hiring rules
- Hirer must book their own campsite.
- No smoking inside the van.
- Damage please report it immediately.
- Cleaning Hirer must leave the van clean and tidy.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Jenna 3.8Van was as described, older but as pictured, couple lights didn't work inside but nothing major, we could only get 1 outside light to work however which was annoying. Handover wasn't great, someone who didn't know (care) much about the van delivering it, he didn't know where some things where and didn't talk about how to look after it (we didn't find the appliances or chairs till we came to leave, my husband had to search for extra awnings to block the sun) all the pots and pans etc had been thrown about and messed up in transport and all the bottom cupboards were just a mess of stuff everywhere we also ended up pitched with a lean towards the back which meant water on the sink drainer kept over spilling onto the bench top. It also didn't look like the van had a deep clean prior to us going in, Communication prior to the stay was always slow response. We didn't use the toilet or shower (too hard to shower 2 very small kids in it) so not sure how they were.
Mitch 3.5Time in the van was great but as first time caravan-ers we wouldve liked more of a handover with regards to the van and how to maintain the toilet and water system. Initially the water pump wasnt even working but this was replaced a day later. We had also confirmed check in time a few times before arrival and the van was still delivered an hour or so late. Which was a little difficult with two small children. Overall though, we enjoyed our stay in the Blue Occy.
Ryan 5.0Van was as described and expected. It was awesome that it was set up and ready to go. We moved in with no stress, just unpacked our food, linen and clothes. Great communication with owners while in the van, always got back to us promptly. Recommended and we would definitely hire again
