EMERGENCY - If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 -they will advise the Hirer how to contact NRMA. DAMAGE - If damage happens, you must report it immediately - who, what, where and when will be required. NO OFF-ROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads/ NO Smoking inside/ NO night driving/towing. CLEANING - Return the van in clean condition. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge. UNSEALED roads must be pre-approved in writing in Camplify messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.

5 night booking minimum/ 7 night booking minimum peak periods We provide Linen free of charge. Bath & Kitchen towels additional cost. Mattress protector and topper provided and cleaned for each booking Camp chairs, table and outside mat are provided. We have Aircon/Heating to keep you comfortable during your stay. We are always here to help with any questions you may have. We have a seperate bathroom with shower and toilet. SERVICE FEE -Covers the amenities, full disinfect, cleaning and small damages. Please note linen may be different from pictures shown as we swap for each booking.

Hiring rules

Please leave our beautiful van how you found it and take good care of it as if it was your own.
Number 1's in the toilet only
*Hirer must empty toilet cassette before end of stay* $250.00 charge if not emptied
If you haven't chosen the cleaning option the Van must be returned cleaned as when picked up (not including Linen)
No smoking inside
No pets OR pets only upon application Fee applies if accepted (not automatic)
No festivals
Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises
RV must return cleaned or risk a fee
Please no cooking fatty foods inside the van
No freecamping
Addition fee of $0.75c per km over 200kms of travel will be incurred by the hirer.

Hirer must be 30 years of age or older.

Pricing

Hire Fee: From $155.00 per day
Service fee: $100.00
Delivery fee: $3.00 per km

Cancellations

Strict

Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
