• Caravan length: 6.9m (22’6ft) and height: 3.1m
• What does the service fee cover?
• Gas refill, basic pantry refill, general inspections, pre & post hire clean, thorough handover.
• The service fee Does Not cover things like emptying of the chemical toilet or a muddy / heavily soiled van. If you do not wish to do these tasks please select the correct option in the extras section failure to do this will result in another fee of $250.00 from your bond.

• 🔺INSURANCE
• Covers caravan only
• The policy does not cover accidental underbody damage caused from offroad use.
• The minimum age to tow this caravan is 25.
• 👍 HIRING RULES
• No smoking/vapes in or near the caravan
• No items to be placed on the floor of the caravan, everything must be in a cupboard when driving
• Ensure the the extra items loaded in the caravan are distributed evenly, (if you are not sure where to pack things ask us)
• No Off road or beach driving in this van, gravel road is OK to access your campsite
• Sheets must be used on the bed even when using a sleeping bag (this is to keep the mattress & mattress protector free of dirt)
• Report any damage to us, even if it’s minor so we can make sure it is replaced/fixed for the next hire (accidents happen so if it’s something minor like a broken glass etc, we won't charge you for that)
• Toilet cassette must be emptied before it is returned to us unless you have paid extra for us to do it for you
• Caravan size: This van has a total length of 23ft. Please quote this size when checking with the caravan park that it will fit on the site
• 🧹CLEANING
• All we ask is that you leave the van tidy with all dishes washed & rubbish thrown away. Give it a quick sweep if there is any sand/dirt
• Wipe off any food spills in the kitchen & fridge
• If it is heavily soiled there will be extra cleaning fees taken out of your bond
• We have included cleaning items for your convenience if needed these include:
• Dishwashing liquid, multipurpose surface spray, disinfectant wipes, broom, mop, bucket, dish cloth, tea towels & chemical toilet solution
• 💰 PRICING & PAYMENTS
• Standard Rate $120.00/day (All other times)
• 4 day minimum hire
• Deposits to be paid within 48hrs of booking being approved to secure required dates
• ⌚ PICK UP & DROP OFF TIMES
• Pick up and drop off times to be arranged prior, pick up between 8am & 4pm Mon Fri
• Arranged times on Sat & Sun.
• Please drop off before 4pm on final day of booking
• Please allow 45 minutes for pick up and drop handover
• If you have any concerns with these times, talk to us, we will be as flexible as possible
