Hiring rules
- 1. No Smoking
- Smoking is not permitted inside the caravan to maintain a fresh and clean environment for all guests.
- 2. Respect the Caravan’s Equipment
- Please handle all fixtures, appliances, and furniture with care. Report any damage or issues immediately so we can address them promptly.
- 3. Keep the Caravan Clean
- Please keep the caravan tidy during your stay and leave it in the same condition you found it upon checkout. You’ll be provided with cleaning supplies for your convenience.
- 4. Driving Responsibility
- The hirer must hold a valid driver’s license and be responsible for the safe driving of the caravan. Please drive carefully and follow all traffic laws.
- 5. No OffRoad Use
- The caravan should only be driven on paved or approved roads and should not be taken offroad unless explicitly permitted.
- 6. Awning Use
- If the caravan is equipped with an awning, it must be retracted when not in use or during inclement weather to prevent damage.
- 7. Waste Disposal
- Please ensure all waste, including water and rubbish, is disposed of properly at designated disposal sites. Do not dump waste in unauthorized areas.
- 8. Safety Measures
- Please ensure the caravan doors and windows are securely closed when you leave the caravan unattended. Always lock the doors and windows when not in use.
- 9. Fines and Penalties
- Any fines (e.g., parking or traffic fines) incurred during your stay are the responsibility of the hirer.
- 10. Return Condition
- The caravan should be returned in the same condition it was handed over, with no major damage or cleaning required. A cleaning fee may apply if the caravan is returned in an excessively dirty state.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
