Special towing information
The caravan has Elecbrakes so you are able to download the app and utilise if your vehicle does not have electric brakes. A 12 pin plug is needed. A grey anderson plug runs the fridge and a red anderson plug charges the batteries. The caravan weighs approx 2.8T with hire gear in the caravan. We can hire towing mirrors if needed. We have options for a DO35 hitch as well.

Additional information
Please include the following information when making a booking: - Where you plan to travel (Our vans are to go on sealed roads only) - Towing experience (if wanting to tow our van) The kitchen comes with: - All the appliances and utensils you will need to cook with - 2 x camping chairs for adults and 3 x camping chairs for kids - A portable table.
Hiring rules
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.
- No smoking in the van.
- No meat to be cooked inside the caravan. Please use the BBQ provided outside.
- Awning not to be put out in windy conditions.
- Please ensure the toilet is empty, rinsed, and restocked with the chemicals provided. If there is any waste left in the cassette or around the cassette due to overflow a $250.00 cleaning fee will apply.
- Please ensure the Caravan is clean upon return including all rubbish removed, fridge clean, surfaces wiped and floors swept, if the van is not returned clean then a cleaning fee of $200.00 will apply.
- Please be familiar with the camplify inclusions and exclusions of coverage.
- No offroad/no beach usage/no extended gravel roads, please discuss with me upon making a booking request.
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
