Hiring rules
- EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they will advise the Hirer how to contact NRMA. Then call me!
- DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
- PREAPPROVED UNSEALED ROAD USE If you plan on travelling on unsealed roads you must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
- NO 4X4 OFFROAD USE While we're happy to approve unsealed roads that are required for accessing campsites, we do not permit 4X4 use of the camper.
- FUEL Return full of 95 or 98 Petrol All hires include a full tank upon departure.
- CLEANING Clean the equipment before repacking the car. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.
- NO SMOKING $250.00 fine if there's evidence of smoking/vaping in the camper
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Helene 5.0I hired the car on my brother's behalf who was coming from France to visit us. I didn't use the car but I was here for the pick up. Chris has been really helpful with the car and added some camping equipment so my brother's family (2 adults and 3 kids) could be comfortable in the car. The car was really clean and tidy. Highly recommend if you are planning to explore the Sunny Coast

When Holly and I moved to Australia with the two kids, we made a promise to buy a van and turn it into camper then see as much of Australia as possible until they get so old they don't want to hang out with us anymore. We've completed step one and two and now we're heading off whenever we have a spare weekend, week, or month to go and explore some of Australia's most incredible locations. When we're not using the van we want other families, travellers or people riding solo, to be able to do the same; get out there and see as much of this beautiful country as possible.
