Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Kate 3.5The 4wd was more rough and ready style than I had anticipated. It obviously had not been cleaned before we picked it up with crumbs and dirt on the seats and bugs in the windows and the tank was empty which didnt strike me as the most courteous approach. The bed didnt look very desirable to sleep in so we ended up bringing our tent and sleeping in that which kind of defeated the purpose of booking a car with a bed in the first place. The car has done over 400,000 kms and clearly has a couple of issues. The srs symbol kept flashing. That being said it did get us there and back and Davide was very friendly and communicative. I wouldnt personally rent this car again as its not up to my personal standard but if youre the proper bush whacker type who doesnt mind a bit more of an adventure style car then go for it.

Albert 4.5Gigi was great and it is equipped with pretty much everything you need. Davide was available for every questions I had. We had a lovely weekend in lake Eildon and around and Gigi was perfect for it.
Emily 4.3Rented Gigi for the weekend and headed to lake Eildon, Gigi was super reliable and a breeze to drive! Had a few questions through out the drive as I wasnt used to 4WD and Davide was extremely helpful when I called with questions. Really appreciated the help and would defo recommend renting Gigi! Thank you Davide!
Beau 5.0Great van to use! Drove really well and enjoyed all the amenities given for the trip. Davide was very helpful and communicative all through the process. 10/10 would use Gigi again for future camping trips.
