Hiring rules

• must be returned in clean condition, the same as at handover. Interior cleaning products are supplied with the hire. Exterior: Please wash.
• No Pets Allowed
• No Smoking or vaping in the van
• Cooking to be done outdoors
• 2wd ONLY. No off road 4 wheel driving
• Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises
• All equipment to be packed away before bad weather arises
• Linen/Bed sheets must be used on the mattress (Can be your own linen or Hire)
• TOLL ROADS: All tolls will be charged to the Hirer.
• EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they will advise the Hirer how to contact NRMA. Then call me!
• DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
• NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads/ NO Smoking inside
• UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
• LONG TRIPS 200 km's a day is included in the booking price. You will be charged $0.40 per kilometre for additional km travelled over the total allowance. This is calculated within camplifys pre/post hire checklist
• FUEL Return full of Unleaded Petrol All hires include a full tank upon departure.
• CLEANING Clean the equipment and Van. Vehicle must be returned cleaned or you’ll risk a cleaning fee.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  The whole process was extremely easy, this was my first time using Camify and Sidney was great as handover both picking up and dropping off. Sidney gave some handy tips and some travel ideas also. The van itself was perfect for us, we didnt want anything to big and had all the comforts. You could tell this van had been very well thought out when turning into campervan. Great storage and comfy bed. The car was great on mileage and overall I would recommend.
