Hiring rules

• Here are some common hiring rules for you to note:
• No offroad
• No smoking inside
• Pets only upon application
• Hirer age restrictions 25
• Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises
• RV must return cleaned or risk a fee
• Flexible pickup / dropoff times
• Always have vent on when cooking inside
• Free camp at your own will. Any fines will be paid by hirer (you). I free camp everywhere I go though and have not had any issues.
• Kilometre limits 150kms perday
• DRIVE
• EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they will advise the Hirer how to contact NRMA. Then call me!
• DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
• NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads/ NO Smoking inside
• UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
• LONG TRIPS 150 km's a day is included in the booking price. You will be charged 30.c per kilometre for additional km travelled over the total allowance. This is calculated within camplifys pre/post hire checklist
• FUEL Return full of DIESEL All hires include a full tank upon departure.
• CLEANING Clean the equipment and Van. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
