FUEL Vehicle must be returned full of petrol All hires include a full tank upon departure. Petrol will be charged at $2.50 per litre plus $20.00 service fee if not returned full.

CLEANING Clean the equipment and van. Excessive cleaning will incur a minimum charge of $150.00
HIRER Must be 25 years of age or older
Kilometers include 250/ day. (Extra km charged at 50c/km)
Tolls, speeding fines, parking, red light fines will be checked and paid by the traveller

Cancellations

Strict

Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
