Hiring rules

• Treat the vanas if it were your own
• Please return the van the same condition that you receive it (free of rubbish, wiped down benches etc. If you fail to clean the van, I will charge a $90.00 cleaning fee but of course I will be reasonable
• all pots/pans/cutlery washed and returned to where they belong)
• Please report any and all damage
• If any dash lights turn on or temp spikes, please pull over and call me
• No smoking inside the vehicle
• Drive safely to suit conditions
• Hirer must be 21 years of age or older
• EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 or call me!
• DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
• UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
• LONG TRIPS Hirers are welcome to take the car up to 200 km's a day, if you go over this km limit within the time you have booked you will be charged 40c per extra kilometre at the completion of the trip.
• FUEL Return van with a full tank of Diesel

• Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

  The van was an older van as shown in the images , does not have insulation if your looking at longer trips pending on weather needs to be considered. However as all things with cars things can go wrong after 4.5 hours into the trip the front wheel bearing failed and we were left on the side of the road for over 4 hrs awaiting recovery to the nearest town. we then awaited a replacement van to be brought to us which by this time we needed to look for alternate accommodation for the night which was not planned. Once the replacement van was with us the trip was fine apart from some electrical issues with the fridge which was unclear as we reverted to using ice to keep drinks and food cold.

  Excellent van, both USB and 12v socket chargers in well thought out locations at the front and next to the bed. Fridge stayed cool for the entire trip, even with charging all devices (phone, laptop, camera etc) and only driving for an hour or so each day. Good blinds keep the light out and also act as good insulation in addition to the insulated wall panels. COMFY bed, and the slide out kitchen burner coupled with the large bench behind front seats was well positioned. Van performed faultlessly, no clunks, rattles or vibrations. Very easy and comfortable van to drive, no diesel drone and also has a decent sound system. In town from the outside just looks like a delivery van which has bonuses. Portable solar panel supplied but never had to use it, even after spending 2 days in the same spot without starting the engine to charge the secondary battery. Would definitely hire this van again when I need to stay in wa for more than a week.

  I recently hired a modern Hiace van and had a great experience. We drove a long distance up to Exmouth and had no problems at allthe van performed reliably the entire way. The fridge worked well, the van drove smoothly, and the mattress was super comfortable. Communication with the owner was excellent, and overall, the van offers great value for money in WA. Highly recommended!!! :)
