You will receive the campervan fully equipped with the following in it: Cutlery and Crockery Cooking Equiment Kettle and Toaster Cleaning supplies Table Chairs Beach Umbrella Block outs for all windows Fly screen Bunk beds dimensions: Top bed - 166cm x 77 cm Bottom bed - 176 x 77 cm Pick up location for the campervan is: 17 Thornbill Vista, Ellenbrook, WA 6069. Easily accesible with a train station 5minutes away.

Hiring rules

• No Pets or Smoking Allowed: To maintain the cleanliness and comfort of our campervan, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing pets or smoking inside the vehicle. This policy ensures a pleasant experience for all travelers.
• Return with a Full Tank of Fuel: We appreciate your cooperation in returning the campervan with a full tank of fuel. This allows the next adventurers to start their journey without delay and helps us keep our rental prices competitive.
• Cleaning Expectations: We expect our campervan to be returned in the same clean and tidy condition it was provided to you. Before returning the vehicle, please ensure that all personal belongings are removed, and any trash is disposed of properly. The Hirer is in charge of cleaning the inside of the van before returning the van unless they have paid for the cleaning fee of $200.00. If the van has not been cleaned upon return, we will charge an additional $200.00 cleaning fee.
• Interior Cleaning: Please take care of the interior by wiping down surfaces, removing any stains or spills, and sweeping/vacuuming the floor as needed. Cleaning materials are supplied in the van.
• Bathroom and Kitchen: If you have used the shower or kitchen facilities during your trip, please clean them thoroughly. Empty the greywater tank as instructed and ensure that the bathroom and kitchen areas are left tidy.
• Damages and Repairs: In case of any damages or issues during your rental period, please notify us immediately. Depending on the situation, you may be responsible for repair costs, so we appreciate your honesty and timely communication.
• Please note that as the customer, you are responsible for any windscreen chips, cracks, or damages that occur during your rental period. Taking care to avoid driving too closely to other vehicles, especially on rough roads, and being cautious when parked under trees will help prevent potential windscreen damage. In the event of any such damage, please report it promptly so that appropriate measures can be taken.
• Respect for Nature and Local Laws: When camping in various locations, be mindful of environmental regulations and local laws. Practice Leave No Trace principles and always park in designated areas to protect the natural beauty of Western Australia.
• By adhering to these guidelines, you'll not only enjoy a seamless and enjoyable experience with our campervan but also contribute to the preservation of the environment and the satisfaction of future travelers.   We had an amazing trip in room with a view the view from the roof top room certainly lived up to its name. Very spacious and well equipped, easy to drive and really comfortable. The owners were really lovely and extremely helpful with any questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

  Martin and Lyhandi have a wonderful van and were fantastic hosts. Their communication was very good and informative. We were traveling with some medical equipment and they went above and beyond to make sure it would work for us in the van, providing the information we needed to feel reassured. The van was wonderful, especially with the roof tent and the bunk beds. This made it perfect for traveling with our teens (11 and 14). The van is well designed, specious and has everything you need. The van included useful extras like, lunch boxes, bowls with lids, cling wrap and foil, all useful things you need but don't always pack, when out on the road with a family in toe. It was easy to set up each evening and was lovely to drive. (automatic, power steering and cruse control) Everything was immaculate when we received the van, it felt very new and fresh. Views from the root tent were a wonderful treat and we all enjoyed hiding out up there when we needed a bit of space from each other! I would totally recommend hiring this van to any one especially if you have children and know that you all need a little bit more space. Power was never a concern when we were off grid, just keep en eye on topping up the fresh water. Many thanks, we had the most wonderful time.
