Hiring rules
- HIRING RULES
- NO OFFROAD / No Beach Driving / No Extended Gravel Road / Driving on unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing (in Camplify Messages) before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
- No smoking inside / pets upon application
- Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises.
- LONG TRIPS
- Hirers are welcome to take the van up to a maximum of 3000 km included in the normal booking price. After 3000 km, you will be charged 30. c per kilometre at the completion of your trip.
- HIRING MINIMUM TERM a minimum of 5 days booking is required.
- FUEL
- Return full of DIESEL All hires include a full tank upon departure.
- CLEANING
- The driver is responsible for cleaning the inside and outside of the campervan and washing and drying the cooking equipment before the dropoff.
- A cleaning fee of $199.00 will apply if the driver can't or chooses not to clean the van inside and out, or if cleaning is deemed unacceptable.
- DAMAGE
- If damage happens, please report it immediately who, what, where, and when will be required.
- EMERGENCY:
- If any engine lights come on the dashboard, please pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, and call Camplify on 1300 416 133.
- SERVICE FEE
- Service fees include replenishing cleaning products, batteries for lights, butane bottles, coffee, tea and basic pantry or treats.
- BOOKING FEE
- The nonnegotiable Camplify booking fee covers really important things like insurance, nationwide roadside assistance, and 24 hour customer helpline, to give you peace of mind.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
