Outback Oz is your ideal vehicle to experience real outback adventure. The 4WD camper, built in 2019, is strong and reliable, and the rear-view camera makes it easy to drive and park . You will be able to go on roads less travelled and enjoy the beauty of outback WA. Plenty of space inside with ample headroom, even for the tall Europeans! There is a very comfortable slide-out king-size bed (with mattress topper) and an indoor seating area with table. The outdoor kitchen allows you to enjoy cooking dinner under the stars. Additional water containers and fuel containers means that you can go a long way without having to fill up. The camper is well equipped for your trip, including internal 39 litre Engel fridge, auxiliary battery (optional solar blanket for stays longer than 3 days), outdoor table and chairs. You just need to pack your personal belongings and food and you’ll be ready for your travels! We have been hiring out our campers for over 4 years. Outback Oz is our latest addition. Additional information

The campervan has a manual transmission. It is permitted to drive the vehcile on gazetted unsealed roads. It is not allowed on the beach or 4WD only roads/tracks unless authorised by the hirer. Included in the day rate is an average of 200km per day (eg: 7 days hire = 1,400 km included). We are located in Attadale which is a 10 minute drive from Fremantle or 25 minutes from the Perth CBD or airport. Minimum hire is 7 days

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    The van was as described. It was well kitted out with equipment and suited our needs. It was economic with fuel and the 4WD allowed us to camp at some sites a little further along gravel roads. We did not use the van for serious 4WD tracks. If you hire this van make sure that you are fully aware of the quirky nature of how to fill the fuel. There were a couple of maintenance issues with the van and equipment which we have passed on to the owners for their notice. The stove is fixed to the outside drop down table - this was an issue when we were in windy places so we often chose not to cook. Rob and Jacqueline were friendly and easy to communicate with.

We are Rob and Jacqueline. We have traveled extensively around Western Australia and we have just completed a trip with Outback Oz from Brisbane to Perth. We love our camper, its very easy (and economical !) to drive and has all the comforts you need for your travels. Jacqueline speaks Dutch, German and a petit peu of French.
