- Please return Vella clean and tidy:
- Wash and put away all dishes, cutlery, and pots.
- Dispose of all rubbish responsibly.
- Remove all food and drinks from the fridge.
- We kindly ask that you do not bring any pets inside Vella.
- No smoking is allowed inside Vella.
- Travel Guidelines:
- Please request permission if you plan to take Vella interstate.
- Return Vella with the same level of Unleaded 91, as it at the start.
- Report All Damage:
- Inform us immediately of any damage, no matter how small. Please be ready to provide details (who, what, where, when) when you call.
- In Case of Accident:
- Pull over and ensure everyone's safety.
- Call Camplify on 02 4075 2000 for roadside assistance guidance.
- Then, please call me to inform me.
- Engine Issues or Warning Lights:
- Pull over to a safe location.
- Contact Camplify on 02 4075 2000 for roadside assistance advice.
- Then, please call me to inform me.
- Return & Deposit:
- Inspection on Return: Vella will be fully inspected upon return, including all accessories.
- Deposit Refund: To receive a full deposit refund, Vella must be returned in the same condition as when you received it.
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Emilio 5.0100% recommend! Prasanth went above and beyond to help us out last minute due to another van we booked broke down the day before. Vella has little notes everywhere to help with finding utensils which was really helpful. Prasanth was super helpful and easy going with pickup / drop off times. Also the mattress is great, best sleep i've had in a van. 10/10 recommend!

Mark 5.0Vella was a great choice. She is fitted out with everything needed for a couple that just want to bring clothes on their holiday. Vella has kitchen facilities, seats, bedding (including pillows), power and fridge. She has a V6 engine so can cruise on the hwy. fuel economy was also great. i would definitely recommend. Prasanth and Yamini were great hosts too.

Rachel 5.0Vella was a great van to drive exploring Vic on a solo trip with everything I needed plus some personal and helpful touches I didn't even know I needed! I wish I had more than a 3 day trip with Vella, this van is the perfect road trip buddy. Would hire again, comfortable to sleep and drive. Prasanth and his wife are also lovely, great communication and easy handovers.
