Hiring rules

• Pick Up
• You can pick up the vehicle at 2 p.m.
• Drop Off
• Please drop off the vehicle at 11 a.m.
• Pick Up & Drop Off
• Please liaise with the owner to arrange a mutually suitable time and location for Pick Up/Drop Off.
• 1) Vehicle must be returned with a full tank of petrol. If vehicle requires refuelling the price of refuelling will be $2.00 per litre deducted from the bond.
• 2) Vehicle needs be returned in a clean and tidy presentable manner. Or cleaning fees will apply.
• 3) Any damage to Vehicle or Equipment is to be reported immediately to Camplify or owner.
• 4) Vehicle keys are to be kept on person at all times.
• 5) Any faults that may arise with the vehicle must be reported to comply and the owner.
• EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA. Then call me!
• 6) Awning is to be retracted in servere weather conditions eg heavy winds and rain (Damage to awning will result in repaire cost.)
• 7) COOKING Butane GAS (1 Free Bottle)
• 8) No cooking inside the van (use Butan cook top provided)
• 9) No offroad! Vehicle is to stay on sealed roads and not on beaches or water crossings. UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
• 10) No smoking inside Vehicle
• 11) Pets only allowed upon applicatio
• 12) Standard pickup 2:00pm / dropoff 11:00am. Need to adjust times?No worries! message us to arrange times that suit you and us.
• 13) Toll road fees and infringement notices need to be reported immediately. The Hirer will be changed accordingly
• 14) LONG TRIPS Hirers are welcome to take the van up to 250 km's a day 1750km per week (7 Day)

  Fantastic!!! Little Kev didn't miss a beat. Easy to drive. And just the right size for me. It rained on the first night but I was snug as a bug in a rug in Kev. Definitely would hire again

  Great little van, was able to drive the speed limits no worries. Was a little thirsty on the petrol, but over all was impressed with this little camper. And the fridge worked exceptionally well. We would hire again.

  We had a great time in the van. We essentially were based in the one place in the Grampians but it worked very well for us. Barton dropped off the van for us on the first day and was generous with his time in explaining how everything worked. A very positive experience.
