Additional information

Sam drinks Diesel and is very efficient on fuel ⛽️ I will run through how the electrics work before you head off to maximise the power. Also bedding is optional Because of her height avoid going underneath car parks - height 1.1 Any questions feel free to reach out ⭐️

Hiring rules

Please no pets, smoking or candles in van!
Please do not park in underground car parks below 2.2m
KM usage included any additional will be charges 0.45 per KM
Max 500k for the 3 days included
4th day 600k
5th day 700k
100km per day extra
Please return the vehicle with a full tank of Diesel otherwise will be charged

Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Pricing

Hire Fee: From $150.00 per day
Service fee: $80.00

Cancellations

Flexible

Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Sam the Van was awesome, it had everything we needed for our trip away. We went away during the heat wave weekend of 30+ degrees and the van stayed cool thanks to the fan in the ceiling. It is super comfy, has a huge fridge and the added fairy lights was an extra special touch. Will definitely be booking Sam the Van again for future trips. 5 stars.
