Hiring rules
- No pets
- No smoking in the van
- Valid full license required to drive
- Unless agreed otherwise the drop off time is 6pm the final day of hire
- The vehicle must be returned in a clean and tidy state, or the hired risks a cleaning fee commensurate to the time needed to return the vehicle to the state in which it was hired.
- Where damage occurs to the vehicle, you must report it immediately.
- Return the vehicle with full tank of fuel. Failure to do so will incur a penalty of $2.50 per litre.
- The vehicle is subject to a limit of 200km per day limit
- No offroad driving at any time, including beach driving.
- No towing
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
