(A little about us: Chloë is a veterinarian, originally from Bermuda but has been living in Oz since her university days. Rafa is an engineer who has worked in van conversation (handy!), originally from Brazil and has been living in Oz for many years too. We both love the Australian life and adventure it provides! Layla is the perfect companion. Beep beep! We are both friendly, conscientious and straight forward to communicate with and we hope to make the whole Camplify process easy and fun.) Some housekeeping. In no particular order but alphabetical: BOOKING: Let's both be super responsive on messaging to assist the communication (and avoid any disappointment as multiple people can be interested at once). CHEMICAL TOILET: You can choose to have the chemical toilet or not, please just let us know. The reason we ask this is that without the chemical toilet makes you have more storage. HEIGHT: Just be aware that Layla is 2.3m high so some underground parking will not be possible, just be mindful. LINEN: If you will bring your own linen, Layla will need = 1 x fitted sheet (Q), 1 x flat sheet (Q), 2 x pillow cases, 1 x doona cover (D) LOCATION: Pick-up / drop-off from our home in Dee Why, Northern Beaches. We will share our address and co-ordinate a time that works for everyone. NO NEED FOR POWERED SITES: if this was not already made clear. PARKING: Layla has a Northern Beaches Beach Parking Permit sticker to make life easier PETS: we are happy to accommodate our four-legged friends just please bring their own bed and bowls. SERVICE FEE: To avoid dramas, kept simple, return Layla in the same condition you received her, nice and clean. The service fee is there to cover us doing a thorough clean of Layla after each rental (2 people for 2-3 hours) as well as for restocking and operating costs (cleaning products, pantry supplies, gas, water, etc.). The service fee does not allow for Layla to be returned dirty otherwise an additional "clean the van for me fee" ($150.00) will need to be charged. Hiring rules

• If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA. Then contact us!
• If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required. You are liable for any damages during the rental period and additional charges will be made if you don’t abide by the conditions. Fair enough right?
• NO offroad / NO beach driving / NO extended gravel roads/ NO smoking inside / NO festivals
• Unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
• Hirers are welcome to take the van up to 200kms a day (averaging over your trip days). You will be charged 50.c per kilometre above this at the completion of the trip from your bond. This is to help cover the increase in the frequency and cost of Layla needing maintenance checks, replaced tyres and covering for more wear and tear.
• Petrol only
• We will ensure the petrol tank and water tank are full on pickup, please return the petrol tank full when you drop Layla off
• Anyone who will be driving must have their licence details registered on the Camplify account.
• ***Treat Layla like your own and it will all be great. Do not hesitate to message us when you are off on your travels with any queries. Honestly we just want you to have a good time!***

  We had an amazing time over the weekend. The van was perfect for two people, with everything we needed for a solid two days off grid. Can't beat it!

  Our first camper experience and so joyful. Went down the south coast and was wonderful to have access to fridge, ready made bed and working oven and stove. Made enjoying the outdoors so easy. Went with two kids and a little tent and everything worked super well- so thoughtfully designed and all communication and support excellent.
